Second time coming to this office but first time as a patient. First time I accompanied my sibling for his visit, & as a spectator I fell enamored with the customer service. So much that I had to book a visit for myself! Just from the get, coming in, being greeted by Wendy and her being so aware, attentive and helpful made me feel at ease especially in a setting where some may not feel comfortable. Wendy took the time to explain my benefits once I figured out the issue on my end, and was patient with me in during my visit explaining the different types of lenses and frames. She was very knowledgeable, professional and just kind overall! I booked my next appointment and they made a loyal customer in me! Thank you kindly for your help Wendy! The staff was friendly and welcoming, and the office was clean and modern. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a caring and professional eye doctor.
Mar 06, 2025 · Oruc Reiss 21I have to say that I am surprised by how nice this office is. The doctor who cared for me and my family took her time explaining things. I actually feel like I learned something about my eyes. The office staff was also courteous and did not try to push us into buying glasses. But rather they clearly explained our options and left it at that. It felt like they wanted to make sure we were happy with whatever we decided. Just shy of 5 stars due to one staff member who did our pre exam. He was really nice but seemed new and didn’t know to properly run the system yet. I felt he could’ve used a bit more training before caring for patients on his own. But no harm done, overall it was a great experience.

Me and my kids got a proper eye exam and the proper percription glasses we needed. They have a good selection of frames in house too... not the cheap stuff that keeps breaking. Highly reccomend
