Dr. LaFalta and the retina specialist were exemplary clinicians and provided explanations of the follow-up process. Mar 22, 2025 路 Carolyn RicksI had eye surgery at Omni Eye Services in West Orange New Jersey approximately 10 yrs ago and the doctor's and office staff were so wonderful and did such a fantastic job for me that I went back today for an examination as I was experiencing problems with my vision due to cataracts in both eyes which require surgery very soon. When my primary eye dr told me what needed to be done there was no hesitation as to where I wanted to have the surgery done. I have total faith and trust in all of the doctors here and their entire office staff was and is always friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend them to any family and friends.

I reminded the receptionist twice that I was not being called, she dismissed my concerns and said that they will call me however they never called me until I threatened to cancel the appointment! They finally called me about 10:15 however I was unable to go through with the appointment because I had another appointment scheduled in 45 minutes of the time that I was called. When I told the medical assistant her response was do you want to reschedule? Not being concerned about the fact that I made this appointment for my sights and that I took it on my day off and just cannot come back that easily. She walked me out without any help from anyone, I will not be going back there as this is an ongoing problem whenever I come to this office!!!

The staff is so nice and patient, and the doctor is very knowledgeable and explains things thoroughly. I would definitely recommend this Omni Eye in West Orange to everyone. However, I did not have the same experience at the Omni Eye on Rt. 17馃槧. The West Orange Omni Eye is by far the best.
