I went in to get my glasses tightened yesterday, 4/16/22. An elderly gentleman working there charged me 5 dollars to tighten them. He tightened the frame for me but ruined my $480 transition blue light lenses because the machine he used to tighten them ruined them with the heat..... Then he had the audacity to point to a sign that read that they weren't responsible for anything that happens during repairs... At first, I thought I just needed to wipe my glasses with a cloth, but then I noticed that no matter how hard I cleaned them, I still couldn't see clearly. Then I noticed that the lenses were warped....

They know people want to order those things online because it’s more affordable and they want you to buy it with them instead. Got 6 pairs of contacts for 180 dollars….online it was 100
