I had my appointment on February 26th at 2 20 pm. I was promptly seen. The entire experience from beginning to end was very good. Everyone at the Optical Warehouse was very pleasant. Thank God my eyes are healthy 馃檹 and I found a very nice pair of frames. They have an excellent selection. They are patient when choosing the frames as well. I highly recommend them 馃憣 I will be taking my mom there next week because she is long overdue. Thank you Optical Warehouse for great customer service !!!

Technician, who took me in and the Doctor, who performed my exam were both very professional and nice. Everything was done on time and in a timely manner. I would recommend this place to anyone.

Originally, you have to make an appointment in advance, but they conveniently scheduled me an appointment the next day. Also, my last visit was still saved from 8 years ago. Everything went smoothly. Staff and Optometrist were awesome! Discussed and explained everything concerning my eye health and contacts. Picked up my new contacts about a week later. And also, I forgot my coupon the day of the exam. But they still honored the coupon promotion. Honestly, great Customer Service. Can't ask for more. Thanks again, Optical Warehouse of Greenpoint. See y'all next time.

Selection is great. Always happy with service. And the optometrist is great. Would recommend this place to everyone.
