Staff was very nice in person but if you are trying to get a prescription fast, do not go here. I had to wait 2.5 weeks for my trial contacts to be delivered. Then after trying them for a couple of days, it took 3 calls over multiple days to confirm that they were good and to have my prescription finalized. My appointment was 1/3 and I had my prescription sent to me 1/27. Also one of the receptions was very rude, like she was annoyed she had to take my calls. Other than that, the in person appointment and experience was good. Everyone was friendly when I was actually at the location.

Everyone’s reviews are unfortunately true. Doctor was amazing but the staff are awful, slow, rude, and difficult to contact. Been trying to get my prescription from them for weeks with no success. The Federal Trade Commission requires all providers to give their patients their prescription by law IMMEDIATELY after exams whether or not they ask for it. I urge anyone else having this issue to report them to the FTC like I have. Good luck!

The worst experience I have ever had buying glasses. The place is not clean and not tidy. Very unprofessional in general. The least professional part is that i found out my insurance wouldn't pay for the glasses a day after placing the order. I notified them and their response was essentially 'too bad, we already got your money.' The glasses had not started being worked on. I called multiple times and was given no response except 'we'll see.' It was and is infuriating. I cannot recommend against going here enough. I've had glasses for 15 years and I have never been treated less like a human being. They do not value relationships whatsoever with their customers, they value as much money as they can bilk from you as quickly as they can squeeze it out.

The actual doctor is amazing the front desk is terrible very rude dismissive, unethical, full of judgement. They tried to make me pay $200 and told me i could only get my prescription if i ordered the contacts from them. After i said i will call my insurance then the story changed and they tried to clean up their unethical tactics. After me pushing and they realized they couldn't scam me, the lady said, u can pay ur copay we will give ur prescription and you can GO SOMEWHERE ElSE. she was trying to send me on my way from the moment i walked in. Then i got an email asking me to leave a review, when i started to process of leaving a review- it said posting reviews for this location is disabled. Avoid this place!

Would not come back here. I came in and told the front desk lady that I had a red eye. Wrote that on the check in form. She was on a call and didn't pay attention. Then after starting the exam, the doctor realized we couldn't finish the eye exam and they also couldn't help me with the red eye. Since then all the front desk lady could keep saying was, "I have to file this unless you'd like to pay for the exam." They made me come back again two weeks later to finish the eye exam. I was basically stuck with them since I needed a new prescription. Then when I came in today, I didn't even have to try on contact lenses. I'm very annoyed that I had to come in twice for a prescription. They don't care about helping people and refused to be flexible throughout the process (even getting the second appointment with the front desk lady was a pain). *No not my real name on a google account.
