Adding onto the pile of terrible reviews - DO NOT GO HERE. Weeks to finally receive trial lenses that were the wrong prescription. Weeks to wait for my appointment because X machine is broken. Asked for a refund of the exam cost I paid out of pocket without realizing that they did not take my new insurance (they never told me, and I just assumed that the cost was expensive with insurance, instead of telling me my insurance was not covering - sneaky) and they flat out refused to refund me even though they have messed up several times and I still do not have my lenses, WHICH I ALSO SPECIFIED I NEEDED URGENTLY. STAY FAR AWAY, GO LITERALLY ANYWHERE ELSE. Update: went to Garden State Eye Group in Springfield and got my trial lenses literally the same day, a fraction of the cost, and they already shipped the order out and will arrive at my home in a few days. That’s how you run a business. Have fun keeping my egregious copay you refuse to refund even though I got NO prescription and NO lenses, straight up thieves.

The remote system wasn’t work and we wait for 15 min but decided to go and come back once it’s get fix. I am working remotely and i understand things happen when doctors working remote. So not a big deal. Then after an hour they called and saying it is fixed and we can go back. So we went and everything was smooth with the doctor, she was nice and knowledgeable. we decided to pick some frames. So i found 2 that i liked and i asked for price. The price was shocking and i said it is before adding my insurance which cover 150$. But the answer was no. The funny thing is the brand was ray ban and i know the price range. So i checked ray-ban website and found exact frame which was 180$ .with my insurance cover i can have it only for 30$ out of pocket. So i did ordered online.Then for my husband lenses they give us an unreasonable price. We both having eye glasses more than 10 years and we know how much it usually costs with insurance. So i asked can you give us details. Like every places printing out insurance and going over with you that we have these options and this is the amount your insurance cover and this is what you pay out of pocket. It is nice to be clear with your customer.people know how to search for brands and see the real prices. So we didn’t buy any glasses. The other thing i like to mention is the patients portal which is so useless. they send us a link which will expire in 24 hours and it is only one time use. So if someone was busy and need time to do it later after a week it is not working. I have so many patients portal for my different doctors and non of them was like that. They usually give you a link with username and password so you can go in there and once you have time you will be able to change the password and make it confidential. The link didn’t work for us and when i called them to fix it. They were not able to do it. It was locked and they keep sending the same link which was so useless. So i suggest if they work on the IT and their technical support to have a better and easier solution for customers for remotely accessing and connecting maybe a good place.
