I have been a patient over 12 years. Dr. Thomas and Dr. Hollander are the best in eye care. They treat everyone with professionalism and have the best bedside manner. The new front desk staff needs to buy into the same culture that makes sight improvement center the premier place for eye care. The front desk staff needs to improve their customer service as the face of the business. The old staff was much more professional . I would go somewhere else if not for Dr Thomas and Dr Hollander. Would be 5 star if not for front desk staff.

After years of looking for an eye doctor who is knowledgeable about dry eye workout trying to sell me every product on the market, I finally found Dr. Thomas. She was able to identify issues I had only self diagnosed because no other doctor took my complaints seriously. Such a relief!

Went to the Sight Improvement Center for a routine checkup. Everyone was professional and their technology was first rate. Great experience and was wrapped up relatively quickly

Terrific practice! Been seeing Dr Hollander for exams and glasses since the 1980s. He is always up to date with the latest diagnostic tools and approaches, and is a truly caring and considerate physician.

I’ve been seeing Dr. Hollander for ~5 years now and he is great! However, maybe because of all the good online reviews, he’s become a lot busier and I’ve noticed that the quality of service has slipped a bit over the years. He used to remember specifics about his patients and was very transparent about the costs; my most recent visit was pretty perfunctory and the front desk had some trouble with my insurance, even though it was the same the previous year.
