First impressions are lasting impressions, especially when it deals with "customer service." This was a FAILURE unfortunately. I made an appointment for 2/28 via phone a week prior. Provided my insurance and was told they would confirm my co-pay once they spoke to the insurance company. I received a voice message on 2/24 confirming the appointment. I called to confirm and left messages to get the co -pay info. No return call. 2/28 I took off a half day for this appointment. I arrived early and was told that my insurance does not have vision coverage. I asked her why didn't she call me to tell me this versus having me take off work. She just looked at me. I was not happy at all. This is poor customer service and I left with a very poor impression of your business. We MUST do better. This was an avoidable situation. This is totally unacceptable .

The office staff/answering service needs to pick up the phone and actually relay messages. It's a huge disservice to have a good doctor who you can't reach because no one wants to answer the phones.

She was knowledgeable and remained attentive throughout my exam while affably answering all of my questions and concerns. I brought my young children with me and was delighted in her ability to remain focused while keeping her communications courteous at the same time. I highly recommend her!
