The service here is mostly great. The doctor was super friendly and caring. I have been going to opticals for 40 years of my life and NEVER has the doctor asked me to come back for a follow up visit just to see how I'm doing with the new prescription. This is what I experienced for my 13 year old son who's eye sight is pretty bad. Also there was one specific employee named Amelia who was super sweet. She was very knowledgeable and offered insight for myself even thou I am not a patient... I wear bifocals and she explained the different types and also told me that I can get bifocals contacts which surprised me. I will absolutely be coming back for myself. The only thing that I found off putting is that one of the employees was on her cell phone. When I first arrived and tried speaking to her she would not look up from her phone. She was a bit unprofessional. Outside of that one employee this place is great.

The selection on glasses was very good they have the most nice frames at this location the Dominican sales girl was very professional she help me so well picking out my frames she was very good and patient she explain the type of lenses so good i was able to make a great choice the manager name Valeri was kind and helpful when i ask her for her opinion i will recommend this place to all my family members and friends...

When my glasses actually broke, suddenly my lifetime warranty was only for parts of my glasses and not actually the entire frame. I already recommend all my friends and family NOT to go their. You would think that after spending $2,000, the very least they could do is fix the glasses. Smfh
Jan 11, 2025 · J RI was a walk in, I was seen pretty quickly. The ladies working here are very nice they are bilingual English and Spanish. The inside decoration is absolutely beautiful!! The glasses covered by insurance (Medicaid) are modern and beautiful. They thoroughly test your eyes, I had 4 different eye exams and was offered to do the pupil test. The eye doctor is very friendly and professional, I just think she speaks only English. My glasses were ready in less than a week. Highly recommend this place!
