They have new management and a new doctor, so things have changed a lot for the better. I went here with my partner to get an eye exam and contacts. Everyone was very friendly at the front counter, and we didn’t have to wait very long to see the doctor. The doctor was nice and explained everything to me clearly. It was my first time getting contacts, and they were so helpful and patient in teaching me how to put them on and take them off. My contacts were ready within a week, and pickup was quick and easy. Thanks so much!!

I wanted to make an appointment for contact lens exam and they were ridiculously high. This owner should get rid of these employees. Very unhappy do not greet or smile at anyone and are complaining about work and exsisting clients while other potential customers are in store. Had a friend go in to get a screw put in glasses and they did not look up a fat guy was complaining about other customers and over charging to put in a screw on glasses. So many optical places in general area and they do not think to be nice.

Came into today and needed emergency contact lenses and Frank immediately came up to me and was extremely informative and helpful with my situation. I was able to get exactly what I needed quickly and without any extra hurdles. Highly recommend! Frank and the rest of the staff will make sure you are well taken care of. Will definitely be back

had a prescriprion already so just bought glasses but it was magic! fastest turnaround ever and the staff were so lovely & helpful

My appointment was at 11am. The receptionist said the doctor is late this morning and won't arrive until 11:45am. Three were ahead of me. The receptionist was shocked that I was not ok with waiting. Unprofessional.
