Warby Parker Rockefeller Center

I’ve been a WP customer for 10 + years and I’ve never experienced a more dedicated team. Everyone was great! Special recognition to Matthew for helping me with my new frame order and Rachel for adjusting my current frames. Thank you so much!! This location at Rockefeller center is exceptional and elevated.

I went today to get my crooked Warby Parker frames fixed, and the lady who helped me (unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name) did an excellent job. She took her time to make sure the frames were perfectly aligned and fit me properly, not just making guesses. She even checked the alignment herself and made sure I was completely satisfied before finishing up. Really appreciated the care and attention she gave!

I’ve been thinking about getting my glasses from WP for a while and finally decided to make that appointment. The process was quick and easy, I got a next day appointment and I wasn’t disappointed. Saturday afternoon worked great, we arrived a few minutes before just to look at the frames. Matt greeted us immediately upon arrival, the store is beautiful. He checked us in and kept us informed until we were called up to the doctor. There is a well conditioned waiting room upstairs. The Dr was also very pleasant and informative. The frames are good, they range between 95-145( the ones I looked at). They more or less look the same, stylish and modern. Call first to make sure they take your insurance, if they don’t the consultation is $95. Overall pleased with the service and will definitely recommend to friends and family. The glasses are supposed to be delivered to me in 14 days! 🤓 ETA: Glasses were delivered in 5 days! ⭐️ They have very good policies about scratches and damage, that can be replaced at any of their stores within 6 months. They also have an ongoing promotion when you buy 2 pairs of glasses. I appreciate them being open and upfront about costs and not pushing extras too hard.

I had such a positive experience! The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. Beatrice took great care of me, staying calm and professional throughout the process. She fixed my glasses at no charge! Everything was done so quickly, and the atmosphere was warm and welcoming.💗
