Bad customer service! I got my glasses done in march and I also got contact lenses. They sent out the wrong lenses twice to my house and had me go back and forth twice to “try” the lenses i had already tried on with the doc. Despite them being in the notes. I get another delivery which i had to drop off because they wouldn’t refund my money unless I drop off the wrong pair. Felicia did take care of me after i had 3-4 stops to get the issue fixed. This shouldn’t have taken this long to fix. Going back to my eye exam. I wanted no glair. Blue light. No scratch. Thin Frame. And i’m pretty sure only 2 were applied. It’s been 9 months, despite of me cleaning my glasses regularly with solution and microfiber cloth they’ve gotten worse. i get heat and other factors might affect the scratches part but just to show how ridiculous my glasses look i’ll add a picture below. I spent almost 400$ on 1 pair of glasses to last me 2 years at least. but they won’t replace the the glasses itself because it more than what i spent on the original pair. which is ridiculous. Looking at these disappointing comments I will not be coming back to Americas best. Some of the worst customer service i’ve ever experienced.

Then once everything was done she completely forgot to place the order for my glasses. She is very unprofessional and extremely rude. Talks bad about her staff and tries to make them feel incompetent. Not sure what her issues are... well I think we can clearly see what they are when we see her.. but someone needs to check that woman before America's Best Choice keeps getting awful reviews because of her. AGAIN... Thank you to Mike and the staff. You guys are awesome.

The name "America's Best" is misleading, it should be called "America's Worst Contacts & Eyeglasses." I purchased eyeglasses from this store in March. When I asked about replacing the lenses of an existing frame I owned, I was told it would cost more than buying a new pair. This felt like a pushy sales tactic. I decided to purchase new glasses and specifically looked for the lightest, most comfortable pair. However, when I picked them up, they were completely different from what I had chosen. The store explained that the frame "gets wider" when lenses are added, and they made some adjustments. When I returned to complain, they agreed to change the frame because I insisted it wasn’t the same one I had originally picked. They said they would swap it out, but when I picked them up, I saw no difference. It felt like they lied to me. The glasses were still oversized and heavy, sitting uncomfortably on my cheeks and leaving marks. If I adjusted them higher, the lenses touched my eyelashes. After wearing them only 2-3 times, I gave up. My busy schedule kept me from returning sooner, but every time I saw them sitting unused in my drawer, I regretted my purchase. Today, I finally went back to the store to explain the issue and seek a resolution. The experience was TERRIBLE. A staff member named Felicia at the front desk was incredibly RUDE and unprofessional. Despite my polite tone and efforts to explain my situation, she dismissed me entirely. I mentioned that the glasses were unused and explained my dissatisfaction with the purchase, but her attitude was hostile. At one point, she grabbed the glasses and essentially kicked me out of the store. When I expressed my disappointment and said I didn’t appreciate their service, she gave me her name, told me to call customer service, and made it clear she didn’t care. I’m sharing my experience here so others are aware of the poor service and lack of accountability at this location. This store doesn’t deserve the title "America's Best." Instead, it feels like a place designed to waste customers' money. To Felicia, I sincerely hope she experiences the same dismissive treatment she gives to her customers. UPDATE : I want to update my original review to warn others and help them avoid the mistake of going to this horrible place. Today, January 18, 2025, I still haven’t received any calls, emails, apologies, or the glasses they took from me. It seems like they only reply to reviews to make it look like they care, but it’s all for show. I followed their instructions, emailed them back, and provided all the necessary information, yet they’ve done absolutely nothing to resolve the issue. I feel like I’ve wasted my money and my time on this place. This is absolutely America's THE WORST contacts & eyeglasses.

Ive gone to several America’s Best in the central and north jersey region, and I’ve never gotten quite attentive service like this. During my appt the doctor and tech were very helpful in explaining things to me. I even got my prescription, which apparently you’re supposed to get every America Best… but i’ve never gotten mine until now. And then when I pick up my 2 pairs glasses, I pointed out my old glasses were hanging by a thread and they offered the fix it for me! I came in with One broken glasses and i came out with three perfectly good glasses. I’m v impressed!
