However, other walk-in clients were prioritized before me, rendering my appointment seems inconsequential and highlighting a lack of professionalism. If I have an appointment, I should be attended to promptly, as this aligns with the fundamental purpose of an appointment. Otherwise, I could simply walk in like others and receive superior assistance. SMH.

It was my first time wearing contacts and when we got through I felt like a pro & he cares about the clients or our concerns ! This is my new primary eye Dr location because the services and the staff is just Very pleasant and warming!
