Front desk staff is extremely rude and unprofessional. I had an appointment scheduled for 8 am, I arrived at 8:05 and as a new patient, I had forms to be filled out. Arriving 5 minutes late was enough to make the front desk staff give an eye roll and an attitude. She then asked me for my forms which were not completed considering my mother passed away a month prior to my appointment, then her mother passing away days before my appointment. With family stress and planning funerals, new patient forms are not on my mind. I don't need to explain myself to a front desk receptionist. However, the front desk staff then began talking about me amongst themselves as to how I was late and had no forms done while I was sitting in the waiting room. This experience is unfortunate because the doctor is truly a nice woman, its very sad that she is represented by such poor staff surrounding her. For that reason, I will never return. I am a medical professional and I too work in an office. This is no way to treat patients. I would recommend doing some cleaning of employees because they will continue bringing down the doctors practice in the future. Stay away.
