May 13, 2023 · Ratna Payel80Though I've not been there in a few years, I got my 1st glasses at age 16 from Dr. Helfand. I am now 65 years old. They have always been very professional. The 1 or 2 times I went elsewhere was because they were booked when I needed more immediate service.

Aug 15, 2024 · Arlene LloydI had been to 2 other stores in Staten Island and hated the service. this was my best experience , all the staff helpful and accommodating. easy quick experience , with FAIR pricing (something I have found increasingly difficult to find on the island). when it came to choosing frames I felt the selection was modern and up to date. the representative who helped me choose was knowledgeable and helped me make better choices .

Finally after having enough with my last doctor, I said it doesn’t hurt to try. Scheduled an appointment and from there on it has been a joy to come here. Between John who gives the comfort, help and assurance you need, along with his patience and understanding, to every staff on duty at the time, the best. If anyone is in need of glasses / help / guidance, I strongly suggest to schedule a visit and see for yourself.
