I've been seeing optometrists and ophthalmologists since I was five years old. This was by far the best experience I've had. Dr. Ho was knowledgeable and thorough. More important, he has the ability to explain issues in a way a layperson can understand. I have been experiencing an eye issue for years and was virtually hopeless it would ever be resolved, but after listening to Dr. Ho's clear explanation and common sense recommendations, I'm hopeful for the first time in a long time.

I was in the city a few weeks ago and I unfortunately took my contacts out without having an extra pair. With very little eye sight, I was calling around NYC to find an optometrist with an extra pair. So many places were unable to help and even rude despite my desperation. H Optics was the only place that had an extra pair for me and they were SO KIND. Can’t recommend them enough. Thanks H Optics!

Have had Dr. Ho as an optometrist for a few years, and consistently received a good eye exam, as well as guidance to preventative eye health. Receptionists have always been helpful to choose frame styles post-visit.

I had a very positive experience with H Optics. Dr. Ho was knowledgeable and friendly. The front desk staff were helpful and patient. I received my glasses way sooner than expected - within 3 days instead of the projected two weeks. They accept Medicaid and have a great selection of glasses under that plan. Highly recommend!
