Mar 12, 2025 · Jasmine RoyMy spouse went here since she was told when she made the appointment that Dr. Paul Liva could help with her light sensitivity and during her exam he did nothing to help also getting prescription glasses she dealt with someone who acted bothered by her needing tint added to her prescription. My spouse ended up paying for glasses that weren't even the tint she asked for and the woman could care less. I would never recommend this place, It was a waste of my spouses time and money!

I called and was greeted by Alex, explained my situation and he was able to get me an appointment RIGHT AWAY! He told me to come right in! I entered and was pleasantly surprised at how beautiful and modern the office was. The staff- SO pleasant upon greeting. What I was especially taken back by was the knowledge of the staff. The gentlemen who took care of me knew everything! I had to ask one of them if he was the doctor or not. I had no wait, everyone was pleasant, all of there equipment was also top notch. I had to take the time to thank the office manager, Stephanie when I left because I was so wowed by the care I was given. I will be sure to recommend this practice to anyone for any of their eye needs! THANK YOU!!
Jul 14, 2021 · Catherine FoxI had a bad experience with this office, I paid my copay in cash, few months later they sent me a bill, now claiming they don’t have any records that I paid. When copay are always collected before you go insidE. They are REFUSING to rectify their mistake. UNACCEPTABLE !! WILL NEVER GO BACK TO THE OFFICE EVER AGAIN
Jun 04, 2024 · Yohanna BencosmeI feel bad, I don't want to put one star for Dr. Liva because it isn't him, it is his staff but if I don't it won't go. I thought this was important to post. I booked an appointment and they verified my insurance for me saying it was accepted inner circle. I had to reschedule, thankfully, because I had a different person who said, "You know about the insurance story right?" It sounded fishy to me, the way he said it. Then he started giving me a crazy story about the insurance, and said the girl didn't know anything the day before. He then rambled on about them getting insurance in two or three weeks and that she didn't know and they were short staffed. That could be a very expensive mistake. If you don't know insurance defer the verification or question to the person who does. You never complain about staffing to a patient. He then proceeded to tell me that they might be covered in 2/3 weeks. Come on, really? "Might?" I had to drill him down to a yes or no question, "Do you or don't you take the insurance?" He tried to say I should understand staffing because I am a nurse. I told him that he and his colleague made me feel that I could not trust their office which is a shame. I am sure Dr. Liva is great but if they make a mistake I pay, if they are short staffed, they are my eyes they are not caring for correctly, my living, my life. No thank you. I thought people should know so they don't do this to them or cost them unnecessary money or visits that won't be covered!
