They told me that they would charge me $110 for a no show appointment if I left, though after 45 min I still hadn’t been seen by Dr. Steinberg. Yet another predatory medical office who only cares about money. For one of my tests that day I was forgotten about for at least 10 minutes with only one eye tested in a dark office. The PA apologized that she was caught up in her work, which looked to be beauty websites when I walked back to the waiting room. I’m assuming this is why my appt got so pushed back. Probably my 4th or 5th appt there - they had always moved quickly in the past, but the disdainful attitude in which they told me I would be a “no show” and charged $110 after their mistake means I will never be returning. That’s not how you treat your returning patients.
