The doctor is great and that is why I was looking to come back for a follow up when I called to schedule an appointment I was told by the staff that I will have to be placed In a waiting list which was fine with me they called me the next day to schedule last minute which I couldn't do when I called the office today to ask of I'm still on the waiting list the Spanish speaking receptionist who claimed to be the manager as well was extremely rude when she said they had called me multiple times to schedule an appointment which was not true they only called me once she stated that I should have stopped everything I had to do the day they called me to go to their office since their are other patients who are waiting as well. As the manager she claims to be should know better then to speak to patients that way there are no excuses to be rude especially when the patients are not rude to her. It's unacceptable how she can still be working there. For this reason I will be switching doctors which is not fair because the doctor is great.

Came here for the first time, was in the office for 45 mins waiting. The receptionist is extremely rude, she is there not to listen to your side but to shut you off in the middle of your direct conversation with the doctor. Wake up call for the doctor if he needs his patients and new business he needs a new receptionist. NOT COMING HERE EVER not getting my business and not getting any recommendations but earning an extremely bad review for the internet to see. Well yes than this eye doctor has a great career not because of his skill but because of an unprofessional and an incompetent front desk receptionist who single handedly made the doctor loose 10 family member business.

The doctor was nice however the receptionist was disgustingly rude. Her attitude was horrible and very unprofessional along with the fact that the staff and receptionist like to speak in Spanish to each other about the patients because they must think that no one else can understand them. I even tried to ask her how long the wait time typically was for contacts she proceeded to tell me that she didn't know what kind of agreement I had made with the doctor, so I really don't know what she was talking about or trying to imply because I thought that it was just something standard where she could tell me how long the wait time was to receive my prescription. Overall I like the doctor he was very nice but because of the staff I would highly recommend finding somewhere else to go where you don't have to deal with a nasty attitude.

My husband went to Dr. Rose for a eye check, he told him he had cataract's and recommended a doctor in Edison that you never meet and has terrible reviews. He called Dr. Rose and asked his receptionist to have him please call him because he had questions, he never called him back!! The receptionist is the worst, she is rude to you all the time. I will never use him or give him a good review all because of her

Dr rose is a very good eye doctor but his receptionist are very very rude specially one in particular she’s not professional at all she talks very nasty to her patients I will not be going their any more 😤
