Arrived early my son was first on the list. We have been waiting 54 minutes so far. Everyone who came after us had been seen. Someone came out and asked if we had an appointment? Yes we were first... the doctor will see you soon. We got in soon after. My son is non verbal so evaluating him can be a challenge to any Dr because he does not understand certain commands. The Dr did the best she could and did show empathy. I hope we get a good diagnosis and new glasses if needed. Overall good job under the circumstances 👍

A patient walked in and the receptionist and assistants started flirting in spanish with patient Made the wait very uncomfortable as we could understand everything they were saying. I believe the office is shared with a cardiologist specialist. Very uncomfortable situation We have ever experienced in any office visits.

I received a text message on Dec. 24th saying that the doctor I was meant to see would be out of the office that day. I was obviously annoyed, but I went ahead and re-scheduled the appointment for Feb. 11th. Today, Feb. 10th, I received another identical message saying that the doctor would be out and that I would need to reschedule. I am fed up and going to look for a new doctor. I would recommend not to waste your time here.
