I took my 7 yr old son for a check up. Yarisa is a very sweet young lady. Very professional and respecful, she was gentle and made sure my son felt confirtable. He was seen by Dr. Bae, he was very friendly and knowledgeable, answered all my questions and took his time with him. This office is very clean and the staff so friendly that I made an appointment for myself and had the same treatment. I highly recommend the Forest Hills location.

The one star is for the front desk staff who were friendly and accommodating. Waited an hour and a half past my appointment and had to leave without seeing the doctor because I had to be somewhere else at a certain time. Before I left, I politely asked how much longer before I could see the doctor and was told there was one more patient ahead of me and that would be about another half hour! (This would bring the total wait time of 2 hours had I not left!!!!) I understand seeing the doctor involves some waiting, but waiting for over an hour, let alone 2 HOURS to be seen, (without any emergencies happening) is simply UNACCEPTABLE and it's UNPROFESSIONAL of the doctor! Our time is also valuable and we have other things to do. Was asked to come half an hour early and filled out forms online prior to the appointment only to wait a long time past my appointment is a total waste of time. Maybe the doctors are thorough when they see patients, making appointments longer. If this is the case, they should schedule accordingly so they can run closer to their time and not blatantly disregard and disrespect other people's time.
