I've finally found my go-to eye care in Forest Hills! I've been to a couple of other places the past three years but this is by far the best in terms of exceptional service from optometrist and staff. No wonder they came highly recommended. After scheduling an appointment, I had to cancel the same day, but the office was closed when I called. I reached out the next morning to reschedule, only to be charged a $50 fee for an appointment I didn鈥檛 attend. The staff was unhelpful and inflexible, showing no concern for the situation or for me as a patient. This experience makes it clear that they don鈥檛 care about their patients, just about charging fees. I won鈥檛 be returning, and I would not recommend this office to anyone.
