The staff here are very professional and pleasant. I walked in to check out their frames in May. I was helped by a lovely young lady. She was very helpful and patient with me. I was told to come back in 10 days to pick up my eyeglasses. I did receive a phone call within 10 days and my eyeglasses were ready. Yay! I dropped by in September to have the screw of my eyeglasses tightened and a young lady graciously helped me. Yesterday I unfortunately lost the arm of my frame. I went back to the store and the staff were so accommodating. They replaced the eyeglasses right in front of me. I am so grateful. I look forward in coming here for my next appointment. Thank you!
