Office staff is absolutely horrible. They had me pay $50 for prescription that was no fulfilled and then they are trying to charge me again for it. I was told over the phone while making a appt that I didn't have to pay it again. Well that changed . They gave me the excuse that they are Northwell now. So I said basically you just took my money for no reason she said yes.. sorry Love Dr. Menger put sorry that's fraud!!!

Oct 02, 2024 · Nim 1I was told by the eye doctor at America's Best (in Atlas Park Mall) that I was going to be blind by age 40 due to macular degeneration. I am 26 years old. Praying this was incorrect, I was recommended (by a friend, not America's Worst) to go to Dr. Menger's office for a second opinion. Thankfully, Dr. Menger eased my concerns and informed me this was incorrect and not going to happen. Although, he did mention that he wanted to send photos of my eyes to a specialist for further review to determine what the cause of my problem is and follow up again in a couple of months. I am very happy I choose to go to Dr. Menger as his patient care is phenomenal! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

Jul 27, 2016 · Jason KalobThe Doctors are awesome but the receptionist are unprofessional and disrespectful, I called in the day after I saw the doctor just to see if I should make a schedule another appointment because I have floaters which I failed to mention during my visit and the receptionist cut me off by putting me on hold while I was trying to explain and then came back to the phone with an attitude and said there’s no reason for you to come back and didn’t answer my question, and not to mention when I had my visit there I felt unwanted there at first I thought it was due to COVID but then I realized it wasn’t when they didn’t respond to me when I left and said have a good night, I saw them greet and say goodbye to the patients that were before me but I ain’t going to pull the race card it is what it is this & was my experience.
