The doctor is nice how ever the establishment itself is an absolute rip-off. They charge outrageously inflated prices—so much so that I found the exact same Gucci frames they were selling for a fraction of the cost directly from Gucci. It's blatant price gouging, preying on unsuspecting customers. The staff is shockingly incompetent. 'Stephanie' took an absurd 30 to 45 minutes just to locate my prescription, all while being outright rude—acting as if I was the inconvenience, simply because he was more concerned about running off to grab food. Another employee, who clearly had nothing to do, stood around pretending she couldn’t assist anyone. As for the wait time? An absolute joke. Despite having an 11:30 AM appointment—the first of the day—I was forced to sit there for nearly three hours while multiple people were seen ahead of me. Why? Because although they open at 10:30am , the doctor conveniently strolls in at 11:30am. The entire operation is a disaster—disorganized, overpriced, and disrespectful to their customers. Save yourself the headache and take your business elsewhere.

Mar 15, 2025 · Andrea LocklearKareem was so helpful. He has a lot of knowledge about glasses. Very friendly and work hard to ensure ring we got exactly what we needed. I think he would be a great manager. I went there more than once; always ask for him.

Dec 10, 2024 · laisa morelWhere do I begin? I figure I would give this spot a try and was highly disappointed. First of all the eye doctor that looked at me was so quick. I was in her office maybe 5 minutes after the initial test. I'm thinking OK they are professional and this is their job they got me. Man was I wrong. I get my glasses a week later and my eyes/head immediately starts hurting and I just notice something a bit off. I tried to give it the benefit of the doubt and "let my eyes get used to it" as they always say. And nope after more time my head still hurt and it's still off. So I called to tell them this and they said they would see me again and retest me. I went in and retold them everything and how they hurt my eyes/head and how the prescription was off. The receptionist right away sighs and rolls her eyes. Stalls for a minute and doesn't tell me anything. She goes to the back and then 5 minutes later tells me to wait for 15 minutes without any explanation of what they are doing or how they can help me from here. Finally they say their most famous line to me after 15 minutes "your eyes will get used to it" and tries to give me a scientific explanation about my brain and completely ignoring the fact that the prescription is off. I had enough so I decided to go somewhere else as I was just done with this place. I'm not here to do your job or remind you of the procedures that must be taken to fix the prescription. Not jumping through hurdles. Another thing I asked them is how much the insurance pays for the glasses/lesses and all that. I like to be on top of things just incase of any hidden fees pop up. I like to know what business is being done and make sure the numbers are right. They told me they have no idea. I have seen others in reviews saying the numbers don't add up and they might charge you out of pocket for something already paid for by insurance. So be on top of it as you should with any business. And to top this off I went to my old glasses place and they said my prescription didn't change at all and that Mosholu had given me a prescription for a stigma of the eye which I don't have. The prescription was way off. Girls in the front aren't professional. I did not feel welcomed either standing at the counter waiting for service. Would give 0 stars if I could. I should not have to run circles just to have the prescription fixed. Lost a customer.
Oct 15, 2024 · Felix DiazIt's very clean inside, but I was surprised how slow things were moving with all the people that were working. There were moments it was pretty empty and it seemed the employees would rather converse with each other than take care of the customers inside. The young lady who assisted me with the exam and the doctor were both really sweet. As for the glasses they have people try on, id recommend wiping them off before just placing them back on the shelf after people put them on their face.
