I cannot recommend this place enough! As a patient, you are well taken care of the moment you step into their location; Front desk was helping my husband and I right away; They have a vast selection of frames and ladies found the perfect pair for my husband! I highly recommend.♥️

I decided to have my eye exam done here n left super happy with accurate results and new rx sunglasses! The staff was super friendly, helped me to choose perfectly, progressive lenses work great, and they gave a great price with my insurance. Literally, took care of everything and were super attentitve to me. It was my 1st time with them def not the last one.

THURSDAY, JANUARY 23, 2025, 2:00pm Location: 87 Nassau Street, NYC ON THE POSITIVE NOTE:  First & most importantly, I have to say the Optometrist was very nice, friendly & professional when I met him last week on Thursday, January 16, 2025. However, on the 16th I felt the woman that was conducting the various eye tests was not professional and did not speak to me when I said hello.  She then was moving the chair behind me & hit me with the wheels of the chair twice.  I had to stop & tell her & then she apologized but I believe it was on purpose.  Miss, the room was so small so why are you pushing the chair so fast.  In my mind I am saying, "I should have went to another optical center."  That was STRIKE ONE!! (Also, I noticed on these days of the 16th & 23rd how unfriendly they were with me (very dry like they didnt want to speak or hesitate) but the opposite with other customers that came into store.  (They were so lively.)  I spoke first but they acted like they didn't want to speak at all but they barely opened their mouth. STRIKE TWO! These are signs that I will look out for in the future when dealing with businesses.  My money is just as good anyone else and it should not matter the color of my skin. Racists! PLEASE NOTE:  I have received services  from this establishment once just over a year ago. However, at this time when I went to make a down-payment in cash of $200 & the short woman with long black hair (I believe she may be the owner or supervisor) did not write a receipt.  I had to ask her for one.  She says, "Oh it's ok, I will put in this box with your other receipt until you come pick up your glasses."  I got my receipt because without the receipt of the down-payment she could have taken the money & say I didn't make a payment.  I don't think so lady!! I was actually born at night but not last night!! Caution: When making a down payment in cash for anything get the receipt. (I totally forgot about this incident until my friend reminded me afterwards.) I should not have returned to receive services from this place. Today's visit, Thursday, January 23rd, I was picking out the frames & deciding what kind of lenses to purchase.  This same woman with the long black hair, (supervisor or owner) comes over mumbles something to sales lady and as I am looking at the receipt of what I would be paying for, for the glasses. She asked to see the receipt.  She does not  say hello to me.  That is rude & unprofessional plus her & the other sales woman were kept mumbling to each while I standing there.  I said to her, can I finish looking at it?"  The supervisor or owner rudely says,  "Oh you can look at it online!" STRIKE THREE!! How would I see what I am paying for online?  It would be just the various items to purchase but not what I will be paying for.  It doesn't make any sense.  Then she hands it to me but I was turned off & turned my back to her and walked to the side.  I should have left at that point because I didn't pay yet.  Well, after I paid for my glasses, I left to go to another store.  I decided to get a refund because I deserve better quality professional service.  The sales lady snapped at me when I asked a question during the refund process. Then I didn't realize until I returned to work that they took my original receipt that I left on the counter.  That is snicky & unhanded. They never cared to ask why I wanted a refund because they did not value my patronage. They are just plain wicked!! This is my advice to all business owners: "YOU HAVE TO CHOOSE PROFESSIONALISM OVER PREJUDICE!!"- Ms. Jeri Brown UPDATE AS OF JANUARY 31, 2025 I was told by the female sales person that I would receive my refund on the same day of purchase (January 23, 2025). However, it has been 7 days & I have not received my refund via credit card. This makes this place of business very bad service even more. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS STORE!! Ms. Jeri Brown 01.23.2025
