This medical center is not suitable for children, it is a very dirty center, it is not suitable for children and the employees are very rude and have a very rude attitude, except for a very decent secretary. It has NO entertainment, no television, the waiting room is very small. The air conditioning is not very good, the garbage cans are open and children can get their hands into all the old and dirty carpets. YOU HAVE TO WAIT A LONG TIME ⏱️ FOR THEM TO CALL YOU. Probably 2 hours unclaimed. The doctor 👨‍⚕️ very kind and decent as well as the assistant lady. In conclusion: I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CENTER FOR CHILDREN. THE PLACE IS NOT SUITABLE FOR PEDIATRICS, MUCH LESS THE CONDITIONS OF HYGIENE, STRUCTURE AND PERSONNEL.

This place is an absolute nightmare. Came here with my almost 90 yr old grandma and was waiting for well over an hour before she was seen. The appointment was for 10:45, we got there at 10:30 and didn't leave until 1pm. This happens every single time we come. The waiting room is DISGUSTINGLY crowded and loud. I would do yourself a favor and find another place to go. The doctors and staff clearly overbook and have no regard for the patients time or other ailments they may be facing. Moreover, the place is old and disgusting and everything is filthy. Sure the doctors seem sweet but who cares when you have to wait in hells waiting room to see them. Four thumbs DOWN.

Absolutely horrendous wait times. If you can not accommodate an appointment at a specific time, simply don’t give the appointment. Making your patients wait for an hour to 1.5 hours in the waiting room to be seen is absolutely ridiculous, and disrespectful. You need to respect people’s times. We have things to do. They love to over book and then make everyone wait an obscene amount of time. Literally the worst, and extremely unprofessional. Need to find a new opthamologist

I've been a patient of Dr Haller father and son for many years. Yes there is always long wait times, from the time you check in to going from room to room and seeing the Dr. BUT the wait times are worth the wait. I did go to another Dr with shorter wait times but I did not get the same care, I did not get the same quality of care so I came back to Dr Haller. When I make my appointments I make it for a day that I know I can dedicate a few hours to. The waiting room with all those patients can be intimidating but there is a waiting room downstairs which is always quiet. If you cannot dedicate time and need to be in and out then this is not the place for you. Never had an issue with the staff and Mrs Haller is always very pleasant and helpful.

First off, let me start by saying, DONT GO TO THIS OFFICE!! Now let me share my experience. I arrived prior to my appointed time, which was scheduled for 10:30AM. Initially, walking into the dismal waiting room, it was FULL of patients still waiting to be seen. I asked the receptionist how long would the wait be & she proceeded to advise me there are still FOUR patients ahead of me. At 11:30 AM my patience ran out. I asked if what I overheard was true, that there was only ONE DOCTOR attending to a case load of atleast 100 patients for that day!! On top of already being frustrated & appaled at the sight of this "office", I witnessed a PA or NP, actually giving care to patients who had surgery, IN THE HALLWAY. NOT EVEN IN A CLEAN ROOM BUT IN THE HALLWAY. While the staff was helpful, they too were frustrated and CLEARLY over worked. It was a despicable display of greed on the Doctors part because to continually over schedule patients without having another doctor present, is absolutely insane and what kind of real attention are you giving the patients! The Dept of Health should investigate this office.
