I wish I could give the doctor an honest review but for my first appointment (new patient) I was kept waiting for 45 mins. When I explained that I need to be back at work I got a shrug from the receptionist and no attempt to rebook me and so I politely said I have to leave. ¯_(ツ)_/¯

Dr Rosenbloom did not tell me how to treat and control my blepharitis flareups / inflammation of my eyelids. When I went to reception ,after my appt , with a huge enlarged and painful oil gland on my eyelid the receptionist asked if the Dr advised me to apply warm compresses and when I said ´Nô she rolled her eyes. I never went back bc what he did mention was surgery. I have been treated for years now with lid wipes, warm compresses, etc. and no surgery.

Dr. Rosenblum is everything one can possibly wish in a doctor. But be aware that you will see his assistant 5mins, himself 5mins, and the rest 2h20mins you will be waiting. Never different from that.

They were part of my insurance and I had seen decent reviews so got an appointment for a detailed eye check up here. The appointment started out OK but by the time it ended, I had a very different opinion of this place. Dr. Naysan and the technician Josh, were the ones who attended to my appointment. While it started out trying to complete my examination, halfway through Josh received a call from another doctor about something completely not work related and left my appointment to go attend to wrapping up some items and mailing them to this doctor. I was not impressed by this lack of attention or leaving me in the middle of my examination. Dr. Naysan went over the reports and was not able to conclude with any certainty on the results, and phrases like ‘ It’s not that I don’t believe you’ or ‘you seem old, but not old enough‘ rapidly decreased my degree of confidence in his findings. When a doctor mentions that some equipment for an exam has been broken for a while so they can’t use it for a patient, your confidence does plummet. The biggest red flag for me was their unwillingness to part with a complete set of reports from my appointment, in spite of me requesting a full detailed set of all examination reports. There was a lot of back-and-forth and resistance and even after all that, I only received one single page of scans. They were polite thought out so don’t get one star. Maybe that’s just the regular procedure or there’s some misfire in the delivery of information, but I walked away from this appointment not confident at all in the inconclusive diagnosis or next steps.
