The manager himself & all the members of his team especially Rafeal & Allen with whom I had a chance to interact all are very nice, caring, helpful, patient as well as excellent in their profession. For me its the best vision center I would like to visit for buying or ordering my glasses or lenses. Thanks a lot for saving my time & effort.

But we made an appointment for 12:20 and at 1:20 we still had not been seen by the doctor. I really ask myself, what was the point of the appointment? They accept walk-ins according to one of the customer service representatives, but those walk-ins then push back the appointments made by others. I understand the doctor and the center are trying to work to max capacity and patients=money, but this is just bad practice to retain customers. We likely won’t be back as appointments are simply useless. People have work and lives. I can understand a 15-30 minute delay but 1 hour is just too much.
