Warby Parker Staten Island Mall

The worst customer service at any location that I've received since shopping at Warby Parker for over 10 years. The manager Lee tells me since they can't find my frames on the database under my profile in the computer even though they say Warby Parker and have the ID that I am not eligible for new lenses and that I would have to buy new frames. Such crap to force an ex loyal customer to buy when not needed. This was after waiting 20 mins because the manager is the only one that knows anything and assists the store customers at this location. Then why have associates? They might as well be mannequins. So after asking if I had a receipt from 5 years ago to prove I felt disgusted and will NEVER BUY AT THIS BRAND EVER AGAIN. I warn everyone about this crap unwritten policy given to customers. Get some managers and workers that are competent and will assist your company in making money, not losing it.

I had such an amazing experience at this location. Everyone was very welcoming and attentive, even though it was busy, someone was always right there to help me! After my purchase the staff encouraged me to come in and show off my new frames! When I came for an adjustment today, i was greeted with multiple compliments from the staff :) they even remembered who i was. I will definitely be coming back and will be bringing some friends along as well.

I loved my experience here. The staff was very welcoming. Jasmine was extremely helpful and efficient. She walked me through the whole process, from beginning to the very end of the sale. Dr. Jenny Chen was very clear throughout the eye exam process. She was very friendly and informative. I will definitely go here again.
