They are so nice here I went into fix one of the legs to my glasses and it was done in less than 5 minutes also it was free of charge which I thought was so kind of them to do and my glasses feel brand new very kind and accommodating ! I hope god continues to bless their beautiful business and the way they’re so kind and help people

I've had the greatest experience at Wise, and I've been to many others; they have a wide selection of frames and the customer service is outstanding. Peter gave me his full attention to my optical needs, of which I have several, helped me select a frame I absolutely love, with an additional feature, all within my budget. They were ready to pick up in a few days. He even adjusted my old frames, to have as a spare. Staff is friendly, professional and extremely helpful. Thanks to Carol, who gave me advice as well. 10 stars! Peter is the best of the best. He cares, he lenscrafts impeccably and knows his stuff and is always on your side to give you the best deal and always the best experience. So grateful to him and wise optical. Also huge selection of frames and bonus…great air quality and lighting because they have so many big plants and corner location so great sunlight 10/10! Will be coming here for all my eyeglasses, sunglasses, contacts and eye needs. Staff is also great and new doctor is beyond lovely, wonderful, and compassionate. Love them for all my eye needs.

I've been comin here for years. Best service around. Tried another chain place for my daughter a few years ago. Her glasses broke after a week. I was outta luck. I ended up going back to Wise a month later. She had thise frames for 3 years-never had a prob. Most pleasant people around! Helpful, friendly and knowledgeable!

Pretty bad customer service. Who ever they had at the phone, I was calling to book an appointment I gave my personal details. The female on the phone was rude and doesn't know how to properly talk and explain. I was asked to provide credit card informations over the phone ? Doesn't seem trustworthy. Apparently you can't book an appointment if you don't provide your credit card details which is insane. I have been to other doctors and I was never asked to reveal any credit card information. Good to not proceed with this place.
