Perhaps the absolute worst customer service experience I’ve ever had in my entire life. I don’t say this lightly and I hardly leave reviews but they left me no choice. I ordered contacts in August. In September I stepped in after receiving no calls about my order and they stated there’s delays and offered me testers as a consolation. Again in October I call 10+ times before reaching someone after no updates on my order and they stated they’ve been there since August 16th. When I asked how that’s possible after stepping in person in September to inquire they replied “that’s strange”. I was on the phone for one hour 45 minutes when my only questions as “are my contacts here”. Never ever use this office

Feb 19, 2025 · Eleonora MagnanelliOne employee working there got my phone number, date of birth, and address incorrect when I came to submit a prescription for glasses. When I received the glasses, they were incorrectly made, as I couldn't see properly when wearing them. I went to my eye doctor to have them checked out. As it turns out, the glasses I received from this store had put the lens the wrong way by 90 degrees! Quite the attention to detail. I went back and this other lady was helpful and told me my glasses would be fixed. She corrected the mistakes with my information and a week later I arrived back, finally with the correctly made glasses. This store also has no return policy posted, nor was the lady who rectified this error able to verbally tell me the return policy when I asked her. Under NY law, stores are required to post a return policy, this store has none. This is a fraudulent place. And yes, I am a customer, I'm not using my real name here for obvious reasons before the owner(s) reply saying they don't have me on record. I will not be coming here again, this review is written to spread transparency about this store to other potential customers.
