Always have a good experience at the ferry st location. Ana is great and very helpful. My daughter and I always value her opinion when it comes to what frames look better. Thank you Ana for always being honest and ready to assist us.

The service I’ve received was very good and the workers were very welcoming and friendly they’ve been really nice and kind to there customers and help with making you feel more comfortable and they are very professional. Who helped me throughout this day was Muriel.

I cannot recommend this optical store due to a disappointing experience. Initially, a woman who helped me place my contact lens order was very friendly, honest, and tried hard to convince me to buy a one-year supply by offering me a promotion. However, after I made the payment on Saturday, I realized on Monday that I had insurance coverage, so I called her to explain that my insurance could reprocess the order. She mentioned that she could only process part of the order covered by my insurance, but then told me she would not apply the discount for the one-year supply. When I returned to pick up my lenses, her attitude had completely changed. She was uninterested in assisting me, and her exact words were that she “didn’t want to go over me again” now that her sales goal had been achieved. It was very clear that after making the sale, she no longer cared about providing good customer service. Overall, I feel that after the sale, the service was disappointing, and I won’t be returning to this store.

Had an emergency for a new pair of prescription glasses and they were able to accommodate me same day for a very reasonable price. I recommend them to anyone as Ana is willing to help with any needs.
