It is now 10:30am and gates still closed I was rudely told over the phone that my business was no longer welcomed due to my negative review of urban eyes tardiness. My review still stands. However because of the amazing service I received from the employee, I have decided to up my stars. She was very helpful and amazingly friendly. To the woman who spoke to me on the phone. Your friendly staff and good customer service do not mean your tardiness going unnoticed . Your a business , not a charity. Nor is there shortage of providers that will happily accept my business. Reviews are meant to make business aware of customer observations and hopefully work to make their business stronger. You ma’am have no right to call out any customer for a bad review. Will still recommend but opening hours are noon . Have a nice day.

Feb 13, 2025 · Lynn CardenasPeople and staff are nice but poor service and the prices are too high compared to other places. Please don’t fall for buy one get one free offer. I purchased an expensive frame considering their offer (get one free: thought of sunglasses with prescription). However, I had to pay for sunglasses frame ( bought separately from Costco; thanks to them). That’s not the end, I had to pay 50 bucks extra for UV protection. Almost paid $500 in addition to the Insurance coverage for pair of glasses. At the end, they can’t even adjust my sunglasses frame ( which was altered by them during the insertion of prescription glasses). I suggest not to visit for repairs also.
