Dec 19, 2024 · Jennifer CaceresDo not go to general vision on Richmond Ave. They are Nasty and are not responsible for anything they said. I came in for glasses with my insurance and I called ahead to ask if they can duplicate from the lenses I already have they said yes. Now I come in and they are saying they never said that and won’t be responsible if there’s a problem. I said if you are putting my glasses under the lensometer and the machine basically reads itself so you are responsible for the lenses. And as for the manager telling me that they don’t take DC37 which she thought I had it’s right on her wall stating they do indeed take DC37 so that’s a lie!

She really spent time examining my eyes unlike other doctor who i went just rushed to get me out. recommend 100%. will be back

Jan 25, 2025 · Sitting with SallyI just went there this week, it’s not a friendly environment. when you walk in they don’t greet the customer. The wait is ridiculously long to even see the tech not even the doctor. The tech doesn’t even speak English and the woman behind the sales counter Maya is nothing but a disrespectful woman, she’s also disrespectful to her own staff which i didn’t like. I didn’t want a lot to my lenses but when I refused she was so nasty to me I will never come back I wouldn’t go and waste your time either. This place is nothing but a scam.
