I had a fantastic experience thanks to Sonja! She was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive throughout the entire process. Not only she helper me find the perfect frames, but she also assisted me in personalizing my own frame and even offered to engrave my name on it for free—such a thoughtful touch! She provided expert advice on lenses and made sure everything fit comfortably. I can’t wait to receive my glasses to fully enjoy them and see the quality of the lenses!

I had a thoroughly positive experience here. Each staff member I met made me feel welcome, was knowledgeable about the extensive range of frames and lenses they have, and suggested different looks that they felt would suit my face, prescription and lifestyle. It was a fun experience! Communication via text and email to notify me when my glasses were ready. The Zeiss lenses they used for my progressive prescription are amazing: sharp, with no distortion, including things in the periphery of my visual field. I also didn't have the usual 2-3 week adjustment period with these, which typically included headaches and vertigo, when I got glasses with non-Zeiss lenses. I will definitely return for my future eyeglass needs.

Dr. Crisostomo was very nice and helpful, making the appointment quick and easy. Sonja was also amazing and so helpful when picking out frames. I really appreciated her patience and kindness when dealing with my indecision on which frames to pick. My whole experience with them was great!

Had an appointment here this morning (I am a returning patient for contacts but wanted to switch over to glasses). Had the absolute pleasure of working with Sonja — what a gem! She helped me try on a few styles as I had no clue what I was looking for. I let her get creative and I really loved some of the frames she pulled for me. Finally landed on a nice mix between our styles and I’m so excited to pick them up in a few weeks.
