I had a great experience with my eye exam here—it was very thorough yet quick! They also have an amazing selection of frames to choose from. The only small hiccup was that the sales associate helping me seemed new and had a bit of trouble understanding what I was looking for in frames and processing my purchase. However, she was incredibly kind and pleasant throughout the entire experience. Overall, I’m happy with my visit and would definitely come back!

Hands down one of the best experience I had ever had. The staff was wonderful and soooo helpful. I want to give a big shout out to the eye doctor Maria R . She explained things to me that no other eye doctors ever did. She took the time to do so . I was comfortable in my appointment and everyone was so helpful. However I also want to give a great shout out to KAVITHE she was so helpful and honest . When I walked out of the doctor office she already had frames picked out for me by just talking to me for 5 mins. I was so impressed . I was left speechless . I broke up with my old eye doctor that I had for 10 years and will start coming here. What a great experience !!!

The staff is very helpful & friendly. Very knowledgeable & even pick out some frames you might like. Dr. Amy Lee is professional & thorough & explains everything regarding your eye exam. Have been going the 60 Broad Street one for years.

I really liked the atmosphere of this location. My optometrist Sophia answered all my questions and gave insightful recommendations. Susy really took my experience to the next level. Her bright energy captivates you and makes you feel like a human FIRST, customer second. I would def recommend this location to anyone who is looking for an upscale and wholesome experience.

Update - 1/6/2025 I have been a LensCrafters customer for over 10 years and two States. I'm not too big or proud to correct myself in negative situations. I first visited the Broad Street store back in November 2024. My experience was not very positive at the time of my scheduled appointment, which led to me leaving an unfavorable review. At the start of this year, I decided to give myself a late Christmas gift (my new insurance benefits went into effect on Jan.1) and purchased a pair of Ray-Ban Meta Smart Glass. Although my initial transaction began at another LensCrafters store, issues with the glasses and my prescription took me back into the Broad Street store. Without going into great details, I met Marx, who took excellent care of me. He sat through all of my questions (trust me, I had a lot!), and made some great recommendations to resolve my issues. He also made an appointment for me to return the next day for an new eye exam. I arrived early, and everyone made sure my visit went off without any delays. The Optician, Raven, was super patient with me and laughed at my jokes. The doctor came out and knew exactly what needed to happen with an updated prescription. Needless to say, I was extremely satisfied with the outcome this time. I wanted to make sure I passed on the positive news publicly. Thank you again, Marx, Raven, Tracy, Dr. Rodriguez, and the pleasant young woman in the white top, wearing her hair in a bun!
