He is friendly and pleasant to chat with and gives a strong sense of trust. The staff in the shop are also very helpful and knowledgeable. Will definitely come back next time!

I felt no pressure, they offered to help but I prefer to look on my own. Found the pair that I like and was able to purchase them quickly. They're very communicative and would recommend this location when looking to just update your prescription or looking for a new pair of glasses.
Jan 17, 2025 · WhitHad a glasses emergency and needed a quick repair. My normal eye doctor’s office is closed on Sundays, so thought I’d give LensCrafters a shot. They got the job done and didn’t even charge me for it. Excellent service, and very friendly as well. Thank you!

He then gave me time to browse, answering my questions intermittently without making me feel rushed. He took his time explaining price options and the eyewear selection with grace and patience. Thank you, Bryant, for a lovely experience!

I had been to another Lenscrafters which gave got my rx wrong and was giving me hours of trouble to fix the problem. But luckily I came here, Dr Hamza checked my vision a gave me an updated rx and was professional, quick & efficient to check my eyes and make sure the updated rx was correct...which was the most important. And the other employees in the the store gave me no issues taking my bad glasses/lenses and sending out the frames for the corrected rx, really fixing what had been a big headache, all caused by a different Lenscrafters store. Clearly some corporate store are managed much better than others. 5 stars for Dr Hamza and this location.,
