Zero compassion for patients who took off work for those appointments and little flexibility in the first place. Don't bother making an appointment because it probably won't happen! UPDATE: This practice is claiming in a comment below that I was offered an alternate doctor, which is entirely false. The next available appointment was not until March 20. Any reasonable person knows that waiting that long for care when the appointment booked months in advance was cancelled the day before is not how to run an ethical practice.

Dr. Hakobyan was thorough and reassuring. The optician was also fantastic, helping me find the right lenses and frames. The manager - Raya took the time to explain my insurance coverage and what was included, and for services not covered - like a contact lens fitting - the out-of-pocket prices were very reasonable. I strongly recommend this place.
