I've been coming here for years and always have a great experience. I went in this past Saturday for my appointment at 10am. I was greeted by smiling faces. I was taken to the back to be refracted and then shortly after met with the doctor. All the doctors there are very knowledgeable and I trust them. The following year when I went back, I told her about it. She got a attitude problem and she's calling on God. Really??? The machine is not up to date and I'm really uncomfortable with her. Reina, that been there for years been great. She patience and understanding. If I was to go back, it will be because of Reina!

The eye doctor does not use a well up to date machine , so the prescription was not right . When I got my glasses it seemed fine at first but after a few weeks thing started looking weird . I paid for anti glare I didn't get that I had to return the glass , then I got them back i couldn't see nothing at night the light were blinding. This place is not good.

My appt was today at 12 pm and I've been waiting for 40 min now. So frustrating that they are so poorly organized, I have places to be and this is just highly unprofessional. If you have thr option, stay away from this business.

The attitudes from the doctor on down to the people answering the phone (a sloth btw) is absolutely deplorable. They have no sense of urgency and concentrate on getting the next patient in a seat (straight out of the old doctor mouth) for insurance money instead of taking care of the patients. This practice is too far outdated with piss poor service to even think to have these attitudes. They are taking advantage of the people in their community. RUN AWAY FAST!!!! Head to your nearest updated eye doctor.
